We currently ship most countries worldwide with the exceptions due to logistical challenges, trade risk scored, and sanctioned entities identified by US Government agencies including OFAC, Department of the Treasury, Department of State or regions where certain products are restricted for export as mandated by The Bureau of Industry and Security. All international orders are subject to review and may be denied on a case by case basis. 

Please ensure that you have used the correct address listed when placing your order, customer will be charged for shipping if product is sent to the wrong location and won't be eligible for a replacement to be sent to them until the previous shipment is returned to Corgitech.

If your shipping address and the address associated with your credit card do not match, you will likely experience an additional delay of 1-2 days while your order is analyzed by our Fraud Prevention Service. Your order may be rejected based on their assessment. If that occurs, you will not be charged. If you think your order was incorrectly flagged, we suggest using an alternative card, paypal, or get in touch with us and we'll have Signifyd verify your identity.

Item shipping and processing times are dependent on warehouse location, packing and shipping requirements, and confirmation of payment. Repeat customers cleared by our Fraud Prevention Service will be eligible for quicker turnaround times.

    Manufacturer Direct Orders

    • Variable depending on product availability and the manufacturer
      • We will inform you of the estimate provided to us but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the estimate.
      • These orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the manufacturer cannot fulfill it. If that happens, you will be immediately notified and refunded.

    In some cases, an additional delay of 1-2 business days may occur if our fraud protection platform flags a transaction and requires further scrutiny. 

    Corgitech offers free ground shipping via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipments that are within the dimensional weight range to ship with these services, with a signature requested at delivery and insurance if items are eligible to do so.

    Items requiring palletizing, freight/LTL transit, or custom packing solutions may take additional time to organize and customers will be notified of the timeline and shipping status of their order. Large orders may be divided between multiple parcels to avoid using freight and the associated delays and expenses associated with it. If all of your items are not located at the same warehouse, you will receive multiple parcels from the locations that have the products.

    Bulky, Irregular, or palletized orders too big to ship via ground will be sent via LTL/Freight services, For freight shipments, Corgitech will provide shipping quotes and available methods to be selected by customer, the means of transit will be unique to each order depending on origin, destination, special handling requirements, time in transit, and other factors. Corgitech will cover a portion of the freight expenses, on an adhoc basis, but customer is responsible for whatever portion not subsidized by Corgitech.

    Shipments to APO/FPO locations will be sent using USPS Priority Mail with insurance and signature required. Time in transit for shipments to APO/FPO addresses are largely variable and dependent on USPS and clearance of customs. While we will keep you informed of your package status, we ultimately have no control over how long the process will take, but we typically see deliveries arrive around 2-3 weeks after shipment.
